Hi Everyone Happy Sunday!
Today we are doin’ a little bit of cooking! Not really cooking though, since there is no baking involved! I seen these on Pinterest and just has to share. No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars! That is probably the best phrase ever..
These are so good and so easy to make! I had the help of my hubby while making them, we both love them!
Here is the recipe:
1/2 C unsalted butter, melted
1 C graham cracker crumbs
1 C powdered sugar
3/4 C + 2 TB peanut butter
1 C semi sweet chocolate chips.
Line an 8 x 8 pan with foil, set aside. In bowl, mix the butter, crumbs, and sugar until combined. Stir in 3/4 C peanut butter. Spread into prepared pan.
In small bowl, microwave 2 TB peanut butter with chips until melted. Stirring every 30 seconds. Spread over peanut butter layer.
Chill until firm (about 3 hours). Serve chilled.
Note: Unsalted butter may be used instead~add 1/4 TSP salt with the peanut butter mixture in first step!
Super easy and super yummy!
