Hi Everyone Happy Sunday To You! I know, I know it is really Thursday, but this project was supposed to be the beginning of our Sunday Series for October. So I am a day late and a dollar short. OR in this case a few days late and a few dollars short. Welcome to my life 🙂
Aren’t these cute? These are made from 4 x 4 pieces of wood we have left over from our deck. I had the hubby cut them down to various sizes and he also sanded all of the edges. I then took some orange paint, and painted a thin coat all around and added some felt to the bottoms so they would not scratch whatever surface they are on. I (yep, me again) drilled a hole at the top to fit a piece of a branch to create the stem. I used hot glue to secure the branch in place and added some jute rope I had, tying that into a knot. I finished it off by cutting leaves out of Cricut Craft Foam.
If you don’t have wood, you can use whatever you have around the house. How about cans, just pick three different sizes. You can also cut down snack or cereal boxes.
Hope all of you HAD a Super Sunday and WILL have a Tremendous Thursday. Hugs Stacy ♥
